At VALAER, we do our utmost to process your orders quickly and efficiently. At the same time, we do not lose sight of the environment: we always choose the most environmentally friendly shipping methods available wherever possible. Below you will find the details regarding shipping costs and delivery times.
At VALAER, we always select the most eco-friendly and ecologically responsible shipping options. The good news is that this environmentally friendly shipping is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or destination country.
💡 Important Note:
In most cases, VALAER covers import taxes and customs duties, making it unlikely that you will face additional charges. However, any extra costs are ultimately subject to local customs policy. If additional costs do arise, please contact us immediately to confirm and prevent any losses.
Note: We do not ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on a business day before 23:59 will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends or official public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (track & trace).
Local Warehouses: We manage multiple local warehouses and reserve the right to adjust the shipping location based on inventory and logistics in order to ensure faster delivery. Orders to the US are shipped via USPS or a courier service from our US warehouse. All other international and European orders are shipped by air freight.
The expected delivery time for the following countries/regions is 5 to 7 business days (including weekends):

Although we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or extreme pressure on delivery services. VALAER is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information (Track & Trace), allowing you to track the status of your package online at any time.
Delivered damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@valaertech.com and include clear photos of the damage.
Lost package: If your package appears to be lost, first check the tracking information and contact the local delivery service. Of course, we are always ready to assist you further.
