At VALAER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. The products covered under our policy are exclusively those listed on this website. VALAER sells and ships products solely to end users. Under our policy, only products purchased directly through this official website are eligible for return and refund. Products purchased from other resellers or platforms must be handled according to their respective policies.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
It is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It is in its complete, original packaging.
It includes all included accessories, parts, and manuals.
It is accompanied by proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice).
Note: If the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection (e.g., visible wear, scratches, or removed protective film), we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund. This reduction in value will be determined solely by us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used fragrance oils. (Fragrance oils are considered personal care products and cannot be returned after opening.)
Opened aroma diffusers that have already been used.
Custom or special orders.
Sale, clearance or promotional items.
Gift cards.
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the unused item via the standard procedure and, once the return request is approved, place a new order.
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged during shipping, has a quality defect, or is delivered incorrectly/incompletely, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement, repair or refund.
Submit a request: Send your order number and reason for return to: support@valaertech.com.
If you do not know your order number: You may provide the following information so we can find your order: the valid email address used to place the order, your full name, and the full delivery address.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Place the item in its original packaging, then place that inside a sturdy shipping box. Use foam or bubble wrap to fill empty spaces and prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be compensated.
Always contact our customer service first to obtain your local return warehouse address.
Never send items directly to the address on the shipping label; this may result in a failed return delivery.
Our standard return address (only to be used as a backup if no local address is available) is: 3929 E Guasti RD Unit E, Ontario, CA 91761, USA. Returns sent without authorization cannot be refunded.
We generally do not provide free return labels unless under special circumstances (such as a manufacturing defect). If you return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or bank account.
The internal processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received anything, please contact us at support@valaertech.com.
A full refund means you receive the total amount of your order. In the following cases, we reserve the right to deduct costs:
Reduction in value: If the returned product is damaged, soiled, shows wear, or has missing parts, we have the right to deduct the reduction in value from the refund amount.
Shipping and handling fees: Original shipping costs are not refunded. For returns without product defect, handling fees may be charged.
Costs due to customer error: If a return results from customer error (e.g., incorrect address causing delivery failure, refusal of package, or failure to pick up from a collection point in time), all relevant shipping and processing costs will be borne by the customer.
You may cancel a paid order before the product is packed and ready for shipment. After receiving your request, the eligible refund will be initiated immediately.
Packages may be left at your door or delivered to neighbors. We recommend first checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier with your tracking number. In case of physical damage or loss due to rough handling by the carrier:
Before signing: If possible, report the issue directly to the carrier and follow their complaint procedure.
After signing: Take photos of the damage and file a complaint with the local carrier office. Then contact our customer service with your order number, description and photos. We will liaise with the carrier and refund you once the carrier compensates us. (Note: Each carrier has its own compensation policy.)
All original components of new products are covered by a one-year (1 year) warranty from the date of delivery. Claims under this warranty must be submitted directly to VALAER with valid proof of purchase. If the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect (non-human factors), we will arrange for repair, replacement or refund.
Improper, negligent or incorrect use, incorrect operation, disassembly or self-modification.
Maintenance that contradicts the product instructions (e.g., lack of care, water damage, or drop damage).
Normal wear and tear and aging from daily use.
Battery wear: All rechargeable batteries are consumables whose capacity and performance decrease over time. Battery wear from normal use is excluded from the standard warranty.
Damage or defects caused by accidents.
